In the last decade of the 21st century, research on discrimination and violence against women has rapidly. Such close attention of the world community to the inequality of women and against them contributes to a large-scale international recognition of the need and timely of scientific approaches that take into account gender issues on a fairly stable basis. , the problem of the legal status of women in connection with their increasing activity in public has not received much attention from the point of view of scientific research.
