Transformation of approaches to the formation of agroindustrial parks: Russian and foreign experience

The role of agroindustrial parks in the development of the agro-industrial complex in Russia is only increasing, but over time approaches to their formation are being transformed, which is clearly demonstrated by Russian and foreign practice. The article accumulated various theoretical approaches to the organization of agroindustrial parks, identified four main levels of classification features (by functional purpose, by type of activity, by production line of activity, by form of management). Based on a case study of foreign agroindustrial parks, the parameters have been supplemented, which allow us to consider innovative approaches to both the model itself and the management system at the design stage of new agroindustrial parks. Among the main parameters, the possibilities of developing agricultural parks based on the principles of circular economy, digitalization of the management system and participation in the creation of international residents were highlighted. The considered modern approaches will help to form the most optimal and efficient agroindustrial park initially at the design stage.
