Digital transformation has significantly altered the business landscape in the current economy. The swift evolution of internet technology, mobile applications, and cloud computing, artificial intelligence and big data analytics have spurred many companies to embrace digital solutions in order to boost their productivity, improve efficiency and become competitive. In the area of commerce and management, digital transformation has reshaped business models, bringing new opportunities for organizations to engage with consumers through digital platforms such as e-commerce, mobile applications and social media platforms. Digital technologies have enabled organizations to enhance their communication with customers, manage their businesses effectively, analyse a vast array of information and make smart strategic decisions. Businesses increasingly depend on digital technologies to optimize their supply chain, elevate customer experience, and widen their scope within both local and global markets. Automation, artificial intelligence and big data analytics have helped organizations use their resources in a more efficient way. The onset of COVID-19 accelerated digital technology adoption across the world as it necessitated the transition to digital channels for conducting business. This led to increased usage of e-commerce, digital payment systems, digital marketing strategies, remote work opportunities and digital collaboration tools. Organizations use digital platforms not only to sell goods but also to maintain communication with employees and business partners. Digital innovation has also enabled organizations to understand consumer behaviour more thoroughly through data analytics and customer insights enabling businesses to develop tailored products, services and marketing strategies which improve business performance and customer satisfaction. The primary goal of this research is to explore the current trends in digital transformation and innovation in commerce and management and determine their impact on business growth. This study aims at identifying important digital tools, developing technologies and innovative strategies that businesses utilize to remain competitive. It can be concluded from the findings that digital transformation is crucial for business sustainability and success in the contemporary commerce and management landscape. Businesses that effectively implement digital transformation have greater potential for efficiency, customer engagement and competitiveness.
