CDN-230 locks the separation-event anchor rule for the GCFT dark-matter arc. In a two-component merger topology with 90% collisional gas baryons and 10% collisionless galaxy/star baryons, a gas-traced response peaks near the gas and fails. Using the CDN-229 inherited response-to-baryon ratio, the lensing peak aligns with the galaxy side only when collisionless source survival is about 8.71 times gas-source survival. This is not an observed Bullet Cluster fit; it is the required GCFT condition for surviving Bullet-class separation topology.
