Approximately one hundred million people worldwide live without one or more limbs due to war, accident, congenital absence, or diabetic gangrene. Prosthetics are machines: external power required, no sensation, no self-repair, rejected as foreign bodies. This paper proposes Clone-Fiber Limb Regeneration (CFLR): attach a four-layer bioconductive fiber jungle gym to the amputation stump; patient-specific iPS-derived clonal cells play on it; a living limb grows. Four-layer jungle gym design: Layer 1 — Bone fiber (hydroxyapatite composite conductive fiber, axial parallel orientation, clone osteoblasts wrap and form bone); Layer 2 — Muscle fiber (CPMH design piezoelectric fiber, anatomical orientation, clone myoblasts initialized by FICI triple stimulation, form contracting muscle); Layer 3 — Neural fiber (PEDOT:PSS ultrafinite conductive fiber, perfect axial orientation, direct contact with peripheral nerve stump, clone neural stem cells extend along fiber, restore tactile/thermal/pain/proprioceptive sensation); Layer 4 — Vascular fiber (biocompatible hollow fiber, 5-10 micron lumen, clone vascular endothelial cells line lumen, blood flows, nutrition reaches regenerating tissue). Ten-stage process from stump measurement to autonomous movement. Critical advantage over prosthetics: living tissue, self-powered (ECCE electromagnetic generation), full sensation restored, self-repair capable, self-origin (zero rejection), grows with the child. For congenitally limbless children: one attachment, lifetime adaptation through growth hormone synchronization. GMFT integration: reconnecting the four-layer scaffold restores severed meridian pathways; Qi flows, flesh comes, muscle forms, movement returns. V = N / D: four layers placed, no suturing, no external power, no cellular commands required; D approaches zero.
