It has come to our attention that generative AI was used in the creation of the literature review in breach of Emerald's policies on AI and authorship and that the following papers referenced are fundamentally incorrect, hallucinated or do not exist.The following reference has also been identified as unreliable and subject to a prior a retraction; the authors have been unable to provide sufficient justification for its presence in the article:The authors cooperated fully with the investigation but failed to address the concerns identified sufficiently. As a result, the findings of the article cannot be relied upon. Journal of Economic and Administrative Sciences author guidelines make it clear that authors must be accountable for the accuracy of their work. Emerald further emphasizes that authors bear full responsibility for checking the accuracy of references and must have consulted the works referenced to ensure their validity and alignment with the research being presented. The decision to retract has been informed by COPE's guidelines on retractions and Emerald's publishing ethics. The authors wish to emphasize that they take full responsibility for these unintentional errors. The publisher of the journal sincerely apologizes to the readers.
