In the version of this article initially published, a replicate value in Fig. 3f (EDEM3, (S)-P5 Tuni condition) was inadvertently duplicated, marginally affecting the mean for this data point. Figure 3f has been updated with the correct value. In Extended Data Fig. 1a, the 3-hour cell viability values were incorrectly populated; the corrected data shows a nearly identical trend. Extended Data Fig. 1a has been updated with the corrected data. In the Source Data, the blot image provided for the actin loading control of Extended Data Fig. 9b was inadvertently replaced with the corresponding HA blot image; the published figure panel is unaffected, and the supplemental file has been corrected. Errors were identified in the supplementary source data files corresponding to replicate values in Fig. 5h and 5m that do not affect published figure panels; these data have been corrected. In addition, the graphical abstract contained a typographical error in which “Conformation” was misspelled; this has been corrected. None of these errors affect the conclusions of the study. All corrections have been made to the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
