This volume develops the information-theoretic completion of R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT).Building on the Wheeler–DeWitt formulation of Volume LXIV, it introduces R-layer quantum information dynamics, including the entanglement current, information stress tensor, and relative entropy flow.Black holes are reinterpreted as R-layer quantum channels, with Choi matrices, coherent information, and channel capacities analyzed along the R-layer.The volume further constructs R-layer renormalization flows, identifies islands as RG fixed points, and formulates an RG flow for the entanglement wedge, completing the information-theoretic backbone of RLMT.
