Abstract

Dostarlimab + carboplatin-paclitaxel (DOST+CP) demonstrated statistically significant PFS and clinically meaningful OS benefits in patients (pts) with dMMR/MSI-H primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer (pA/R EC) in Part 1 of the phase III RUBY trial (NCT03981796). Here, we report updated efficacy with 4 y of follow-up in pts with dMMR/MSI-H pA/R EC and further summarized characteristics of pts with long-term disease control.
