As a practitioner of invention and creation, the author has come to the profound realization that creation is not exclusive to human beings. This paper constructs an original three-order creation system: the universe serves as the primary meta-creator that generates physical laws, spacetime and fundamental particles out of absolute nothingness; nature acts as the secondary constructor that assembles elementary substances to evolve diverse matter and life on planets; humans are the tertiary inventors who possess subjective consciousness and autonomous iterative creativity. This paper sorts out the complete chronological sequence of cosmic primordial creation, and verifies its rationality with primordial nucleosynthesis and cosmic microwave background radiation. This paper further puts forward four ultimate gaps between humans and the cosmic origin, and takes the persistence timescale of microscopic matter as a new criterion to distinguish rule-makers and rule-users. This paper analyzes two different creation modes: bottom-up emergent creation of the universe and top-down assembly creation of mankind. This paper clarifies the inherent evolutionary tendency of the universe, nature and human beings respectively, and points out the ultimate path for human civilization to trace the origin and inherit the original creative power of the universe, as well as the cognitive limitations that cannot be readily overcome at present.
