A source/readout map for measuring the Planck-length scale without using Newton's constant as the constructor. This paper organizes the Quantum Traction Theory (QTT) program for metering the standard Planck-length scale through the Artian ruler \ (A\), while keeping the measured Newton constant \ (G ₎₁ₒ\) out of every non-gravitational constructor.
