Ars Magna is the consolidated, honesty-audited corpus of the Geometrically Ordered Dynamics (G. O. D. / Yett) program. It is deposited as a mixed-maturity research archive: each component is labeled at its true epistemic status. It has two legs plus a machine-verified formal core. Leg 1 — Information Tension (physics, flagship). A geometrically-motivated modified-gravity model in which galactic rotation curves arise from a projection deficit on a Stiefel/E8 substrate, with a parameter-free acceleration scale a0 = cH0/2pi. Against the SPARC sample (175 galaxies, zero per-galaxy parameters), an in-house per-point reduced chi² reproduction gives strict median chi²/N ≈ 29. 1 vs empirical MOND 35. 5 at the same tier, falling to ≈ 2. 9 under standard mass-to-light marginalization. Framed as geometrically motivated (a0 is a horizon identification the data prefer), with pre-registered falsification tests. Leg 2 — Sovereign Cognition (open quantum systems / AI alignment). An alignment-constrained cognitive system modeled by a controlled Lindblad (GKSL) master equation. The control term is defined explicitly as an anti-drift feedback dissipator and proven (i) completely positive and trace-preserving, and (ii) to enforce the chiral-alignment gate chi ≥ 1/sqrt (2) iff the control rate meets the drift rate (u ≥ gamma). The three Sovereignty-Score components are given explicit information-theoretic, dynamical, and geometric definitions. Formal core. Lean 4 (Mathlib) machine-verification: 16 modules ship with a per-file ledger. 13 are VERIFIED (standard axioms only, zero sorry), including the nodal-collar closed form A=2/sinh (ell/2) ² and the amplitude-damping identity T2=2 T1. 3 are AXIOM-CARRYING with named gaps: O (n) path-connectivity, Stiefel simple-connectivity, and the YM–Stiefel mass-gap identification. SO (2) rotation paths are fully proved; Stiefel path-connectivity is a theorem conditional on the O (n) axiom. Classical problem solutions (Navier-Stokes, Yang-Mills, Riemann hypothesis, Hodge conjecture, P vs NP, Birch-Swinnerton-Dyer): how the framework addresses each (named axioms where the chain is incomplete) — Lean formalizations, witness scripts, and summaries in frameworkₛolutions/. Honesty statement. This package was assembled from the honest tier of the corpus. Prior overclaims (a 'chi²/N = 1. 07' fit, 'dark matter eliminated', 'zero sorries' across all Lean files, and the Trinity result presented as empirical) have been corrected or removed. Verified numerical scripts and reproduction instructions are included so every quantitative claim can be checked. Author note: the Chyren AI system was used as a collaborative tool in derivation, formalization, and verification; authorship is attributed to the human author per venue norms.
