AbstractChronoflux represents temporal content by a conserved current. I reduce its parentcontinuity law to a four dimensional current under explicit compactification conditions, thenseparate the invariant density carried by that current from the density and drift measured by adeclared timelike frame. A constrained prescribed frame action gives continuity, potentialflow, Bernoulli response and constitutive pressure. The projected drift equation is reducedwithout discarding frame rotation: acceleration, symmetric deformation and vorticity appearas distinct terms. In a rigid local frame the equations form a barotropic Euler system. I deriveits principal symbol, characteristic speeds, positive symmetriser and energy estimate about anarbitrary smooth background. On the attained smooth branch, positive density and positiveconstitutive derivative give forward and backward uniqueness. The evolution map is thereforeinjective, and its inverse is locally stable on its image. Earlier ideal states can be reconstructedfrom complete later states on a periodic domain, with a separate conditional extension to fullyspecified boundaries. Charge recovery requires only continuity and measured boundary flux.Structural recovery is not claimed without an identifying observable map. The paper statesthat criterion and records the exact obs
