What is mathematics? What is physics? Where do they come from? Mainstream scholarship assumes that mathematics and physics are “objective laws discovered by humans.” The PFUSRC system offers a fundamentally different answer: the cosmos we inhabit is a steady-state Mother Universe that has already achieved topological closure—a “Topological Cosmos.” All human mathematics, physics, geometry, and arithmetic are fingerprints left by this Topological Cosmos on the 3D projection layer. This paper, grounded in the 55 global steady-state datum points defined in PFUSRC-00 as the topological closure base, rigorously demonstrates: 1. The 24 in Ramanujan’s modular form, the −1/12 from the analytic continuation of the Riemann zeta function, and the finite sum 1540— all are boundary fingerprints of the 55-closure on the number-theoretic projection layer. 2. Mathematics is not a human-invented tool—it is the self-expression of the Topological Cosmos on the 3D projection layer. 3. The Universal Universe → Hun-Dong Process → Topological Cosmos → 3D Projection Layer → Number-Theoretic Projection Layer constitutes the complete hierarchical structure of the cosmos. Mathematics and physics are merely projective phenomena at one layer of this hierarchy. This paper concludes: Mathematics is not the source—it is the fingerprint. The Topological Cosmos is the ontological reference system for mathematics. The 55-closure is the complete fingerprint of the Topological Cosmos’ boundary on the number-theoretic projection layer. The Riemann zeta function, Ramanujan’s modular form, and infinite series are all local features read from this fingerprint.
