Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing of administrative creativity by leaders in the education directorates in Palestine from the point of view of those working with them. The researchers followed the descriptive analytical methodology, The study sample consisted of (328) male and female employees. The results of the study concluded that the degree of practicing administrative creativity by leaders in the education directorates in Palestine is medium, and there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the educational qualification variable, while there were statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable in favor of males, and there were differences between those with work experience in favor of those with work experience (less than 5 years), and (from 5 - less than 10 years); Based on that, the researchers recommended providing an environment that nurtures creativity and works to develop it systematically within the policies of the Ministry of Education, and working to spread the culture of administrative creativity among all employees in the education sector in general, and in the education directorates in particular.
