The logistics industry plays a crucial role in Malaysia's economic landscape, yet small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in this sector face significant challenges in navigating post-pandemic market conditions. This paper explores the relationship between strategic foresight, strategic agility, and innovative performance within logistics SMEs in Malaysia. Drawing on the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Dynamic Capabilities Theory (DCT), this study proposes a conceptual framework that positions strategic agility as a mediator between foresight and innovation. Strategic foresight enables firms to anticipate industry trends, while agility allows them to adapt swiftly, thus enhancing their capacity for innovation. This study employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to validate the proposed framework. By integrating foresight and agility, logistics SMEs can overcome market uncertainties and drive long-term competitiveness. The findings will offer theoretical contributions to strategic management and provide actionable insights for SME policymakers, industry practitioners, and business leaders in Malaysia's logistics sector.
