Abstract

HEI leaders are challenged by adapting to the ever-changing world. A transformational leader inspires and motivates all employees through change management to enhance innovation. A higher education institution's long-term success depends upon faculty and staff satisfaction. An organization's productivity, effectiveness, and student performance are enhanced when employees are satisfied.
