Key Points

  • Data analysis significantly reduces inefficiency in CNC machine operations, leading to higher productivity.
  • The integration of IoT creates real-time monitoring networks that enhance management of production processes.
  • Addressing cyber security challenges is crucial for maintaining the integrity of automated systems in manufacturing.
  • Automation through big data analytics can mitigate failure rates associated with CNC machine operations.

Abstract

The article examines the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data technologies into production processes, especially in the context of numerical control machines (CNC). The main focus is on solving the problems of inefficiency and high failure rates in production through data analysis and process automation. The role of IoT in creating networks of interconnected devices for monitoring and managing production processes in real time is described. Issues such as cyber security and integration with outdated hardware are also being addressed.
