This paper explores the intricacies of identity crisis and diasporic struggles within the immigrant experience in Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s Americanah. Through the character of Ifemelu, Adichie navigates the complex layers of racial, cultural, and social identities, illustrating the profound challenges immigrants face in reconciling their native identity with the expectations of a foreign society.
