  • Quantum Attribute Encryption improves access control by 45%, while blockchain ensures 99.8% data integrity.
  • The use of simulated annealing-enhanced key generation reduces computational overhead by 30%.
  • This system is designed to safeguard IoMT data against both classical and quantum threats in healthcare.

Abstract

The convergence of quantum computing and cloud-based IoMT poses significant security risks for healthcare enterprises. This paper proposes a Quantum-Resilient Cryptographic Framework to protect sensitive medical data. Key components include simulated annealing-enhanced key generation, quantum-robust distribution, and bi-directional identity-verified synchronization, achieving up to 32% time reductions. Quantum Attribute Encryption enhances access control by 45%, while blockchain ensures 99.8% data integrity with low processing latency. Experimental results show a 30% reduction in computational overhead, confirming the framework's efficiency and scalability. The proposed system offers a secure, enterprise-ready solution to safeguard IoMT data against classical and quantum threats in modern healthcare environments.
