The Internet of Things (IoT) has emerged as a transformative paradigm, bridging the physical and digital realms through the interconnection of smart devices, sensors, and systems. In recent years, IoT has catalyzed innovation across critical sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, and manufacturing, driving significant improvements in efficiency and safety. This paper presents a comprehensive review of recent advancements in the IoT landscape, examining its core enabling technologies, diverse applications, and the primary challenges impeding its widespread adoption.
