Study of emotional, physical, economic and social factors of population motivation influencing the improvement of quality of life in current conditions

The article analyzes the factors motivating the population to improve the quality of life, including economic, social, emotional, and physical aspects. Quality of life is considered as a multidimensional concept combining objective (income, ecology) and subjective (satisfaction, emotions) elements. Economic factors, such as income and basic needs expenses (up to 30% of the budget - high quality, over 70% -degradation), determine well-being. Social factors are formed by education and traditions, motivating through beliefs and cultural needs. Emotional factors are associated with the satisfaction of needs that affect behavior. Physical factors, including the working environment and safety, are the basis of motivation according to Maslow's theory. In Russia, the transition to the market economy strengthens economic factors, but social institutions are underdeveloped. The article emphasizes the importance of managing factors to improve the quality of life, taking into account regional characteristics.
