Key Points

  • MRspecLAB allows rapid analysis of multiple MRS/MRSI data types, encouraging user collaboration and innovation.
  • The platform's GUI and customizable features enable both expert and non-expert users to benefit from its processing capabilities.
  • MRspecLAB enhances accessibility to MRS/MRSI techniques for research and clinical applications across various disciplines.
  • This Python-based platform presents a significant opportunity for standardizing routine MRS data processing.

Abstract

Motivation: MRspecLAB is a Python-based, free, user-friendly open platform designed to simplify the processing of both 1H and X-nuclei MRS/MRSI raw data. Goal(s): This abstract is to demonstrate its applications and show its large potential to simplify and standardize routine MRS/MRSI data processing. Approach: By providing intuitive GUI and customizable pipeline features, as well as customized node design, we encourage collaboration and innovation on this platform. Results: MRspecLAB allows non-expert users to rapidly analyze and manage multiple types of MRS/MRSI data, and expert users to develop new processing functions and pipelines for sharing with non-expert users Impact: MRspecLAB shows the large potential for users to easily process both 1H and X-nuclei MRS/MRSI raw data. This collaborative environment also enhances accessibility to MRS/MRSI techniques for various research and clinical applications.
