Key Points

  • Achieving organizational potential requires optimizing production processes through a balanced approach.
  • The study identifies a dialectical contradiction between process standardization and organizational flexibility.
  • An integrative framework model synthesizes technological, managerial, and human-centered aspects for optimization.
  • The need for empirical verification and development of metrics highlights avenues for future research.

Abstract

This paper presents the results of a comprehensive study aimed at developing an innovative theoretical and methodological approach to the optimization of production processes as a fundamental element of the organizational potential of industrial enterprises. A detailed critical analysis of the inherent limitations of traditional approaches, which often confine optimization to merely achieving operational efficiency, has been conducted. Within the framework of this research, an integrative framework model has been developed and scientifically substantiated, which organically synthesizes technological, managerial, and human-centered aspects of the production system. It has been demonstrated that achieving a sustainable synergistic effect necessitates a balanced and simultaneous influence on all key components of the production system. Additionally, a fundamental dialectical contradiction between the need for process standardization and the demands for organizational flexibility has been identified and thoroughly analyzed, with effective mechanisms proposed for its resolution through the strategic development of human capital. The specific industry characteristics relevant to the practical application of the model have been delineated, underscoring the necessity for its comprehensive contextual adaptation. Promising avenues for further research have been articulated, which include an in-depth empirical verification of the model, the development of a comprehensive system of balanced metrics, and the examination of the transformational impact of digitalization on contemporary optimization paradigms. The practical significance of this study lies in establishing a robust methodological foundation for enhancing adaptive potential in an ever-unstable external environment. The theoretical value of the research is rooted in fundamentally overcoming the reductionist approach to the optimization of production processes.
