The Formation of the Strategy of the Restoration and the Development of Tourism in Ukraine in the Conditions of Uncertainty

The issue of the restoration and the development of the tourism industry in the post-war period has been considered in the article. It has been determined that the research of the resource tourist potential, carrying out analysis of the level of the destruction of the tourist infrastructure, the changes in the public consciousness of the population, the innovative experience of the countries are the important aspects for the development of the effective Strategy of the restoration and the development of the tourism industry of Ukraine in the post-war period. It has been determined that the most significant aspect of the restoration and the development of the industry is the solution of the problems of the political instability in the country. It has been emphasized on the need of the formation of the effective legal base for public-private partnership with the aim of the maximum participation of the local governments and the representatives of private business in the development of tourism. According to the results of the conducted research, the mechanisms of the restoration and the development of the tourism industry have been determined, which should be implemented during the formation of the strategy of the development of the industry in the post-war period.
