Abstract

Abstract When an administrative officer prepares a plan for sustained yield management on a national forest it is often necessary for him to plan and to conduct special growth and yield investigations. This paper reports the results of such an administrative study conducted on the Targhee National Forest in southeastern Idaho in 1939.
