Abstract

Annotation. The article addresses the issue of training future specialists in physical culture and sports to organize health and recreational activities under martial law. The necessity of adapting the educational process to crisis conditions caused by war is emphasized, highlighting the need to develop new professional competencies among students. Key pedagogical conditions for effective training are identified and characterized: curriculum modernization, integration of digital technologies, interdisciplinary approach, personal readiness formation, and the creation of a supportive educational environment. Foreign experience is analyzed, and examples of implementing recreational practices in higher education institutions are provided. The study substantiates the prospects for further research aimed at designing specialized courses and programs for work in emergency contexts. The materials of the article can be used in pedagogical universities to improve the quality of professional training in the field of physical education. As a result of the study, it was found that the organization of health and recreational activities under martial law requires a rethinking of traditional approaches to the professional training of physical culture and sports specialists. The effectiveness of such training is ensured by a set of pedagogical conditions, including: updating the content of educational programs in accordance with crisis circumstances, integrating digital technologies into recreational activities, developing personal readiness for work in unstable conditions, creating a supportive educational environment, and implementing an interdisciplinary approach. Emphasis is placed on the need to develop competencies such as stress resilience, empathy, flexibility in response, and the ability to organize physical activity in challenging environments. It is noted that health and recreational activities can become a key tool for preserving the psychophysical well-being of students during wartime.
