The pathophysiology of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction has not been clearly elucidated. Therefore, there is not enough information about the prediction of poor prognosis in these patients. Our aim is to investigate whether the pulmonary artery pulsatile index, derived from right heart catheterisation parameters, is associated with mortality in these patients.
