The article considers a number of topical issues of judicial protection of land rights. The legal and socio-economic significance of the protection of land rights at the present stage is formulated. The role of the court in protecting the rights and legitimate interests of land rights holders is analyzed. The current positions of the higher courts on the issues of dispute resolution in connection with the self-made construction and placement of objects with an underground part are investigated.
