(Abstracted from J Minim Invasiv Gynecol 2024;31(2):123–130.e2 Hysterectomy is the most common nonobstetric major surgery among women, accounting for roughly 400,000 surgeries in the United States annually. Minimally invasive approaches to this surgery are becoming more common, with many factors influencing the decision about the approach for the procedure.
