Abstract

This paper summarizes the pathogenesis and dialectical classification of hypertension from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, and integrates the research results of hypertension from the previous schools of traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of "one qi circulation", as well as the key points of syndrome differentiation, and concludes that under the theory of "one qi circulation", the main pathogenesis of hypertension is related to soil dampness and wood depression and poor operation of qi and machine, and this theory can be used to better carry out the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension in traditional Chinese medicine, in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension in traditional Chinese medicine.
