We compute 12-derivations on the deformed generalized Heisenberg-Virasoro algebras and on not-finitely graded Heisenberg-Virasoro algebras Wₙ (G), Wₙ (G), and HWₙ (G). We classify all transposed Poisson structures on such algebras.
