Implementation of Functions of the Notarial System Within the Framework of Protection of Rights of Parties to Corporate Relations

The article concludes that protection of rights of parties to corporate relations involves manifestation of almost all functions on the notarial system that determine its place in the system of protection of such rights. The human rights function is the key one, the preventive and jurisdictional functions are aimed at prevention of corporate conflicts and disputes, the certification function that is often intertwined with the legal function is used in relation to corporate agreements, corporate acts and transactions performed by parties to corporate relations. The warranty, fiscal, right exercising and law enforcement functions of the notarial system have no special aspects in the sphere of corporate relations.
