This study examines the complex connection involving brand loyalty and marketing strategies in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, with a focus on the importance of innovative marketing techniques in fostering consumer loyalty. The study utilizes a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative data from consumer surveys with qualitative insights from industry expert interviews. This methodology allows for a full analysis of current marketing trends and their effectiveness.
