Ceropegia bhatii S.R.Yadav & Shendage (Apocynaceae), an endemic and Critically Endangered plant was documented in the Haveri district, Karnataka, India. After 14 years it was recollected for the first time next to its type locality. Circumstantial note on description, distribution and color photo plate is provided.
