The Role of Religious Concepts in the Picture of the World Russian and Kyrgyz Peoples

The religious picture of the world shows the value directions of a person that accompany him throughout his life. The linguistic consciousness of each representative of a nation has its own religious worldview. Nowadays, a group of people in various Muslim clothes is increasingly appearing in society, promoting Islam and considering Christians as non-believers. However, we believe that the behavior of many of them does not correspond to the moral standards of religion. That is why today the study of the religious ideas of Christians and Muslims is relevant. Based on these assumptions, we tried to do comparative work on the material of the phraseology of the Russian and Kyrgyz languages. By examining the reflection of the concepts of religious consciousness in the above-mentioned languages, we concluded that Christianity and Islam represent faith in a single, omnipotent and omniscient God, as well as similar ideas about the concepts of religious consciousness, such as the devil, angel, soul, hell and heaven.
