On the Civil Law Position and Some Problems of the Legal Regulation of Artificial Intelligence

individuals and legal entities are analyzed. It has been established that developers of artificial intelligence, and those persons who implement programs based on machine learning, in practice should not only take a responsible approach to solving issues of servicing artificial intelligence systems, but also understand that the result of machine creativity should be (and in many cases is already) under civil protection. In this regard, today a significant issue of development in the field of artificial intelligence is to increase the transparency of algorithms and expand the possibilities for their verification. It is suggested that a ‘strong’ AI may become a full-fledged participant in civil legal relations in the future.
