Abstract

In the context of "Peak Carbon and Carbon Neutral" goal, the existing reward and punishment carbon trading model interacts with dynamic demand response to better reflect the low-carbon attributes of new energy sources, and helps to improve the realization mechanism of clean substitution in the integrated energy system. The article constructs the dynamic demand response modelling in the IES of the park considering various types of dynamic demand response, and proposes a green dispatching method of the integrated energy system that realises the linkage between the carbon ladder trading model and the green certificate market. First, the paper introduces the operation principle and interaction mechanism of green certificate trading and reward and punishment carbon trading price model. Secondly, dynamic modelling of multiple kinds of dynamic demand response with the objective of lowest cost. Finally, the results of the examples in different scenarios show that the proposed approach in this article is both economical as well as lowcarbon, improving the clean energy utilisation of this system.
