Abstract

Demura technology, which is based on monochrome cameras, has been widely implemented in the production of AMOLED displays during industrialization. This technique uses a monochrome camera to capture red, green and blue images for mura compensation, and provides enhanced compensation for mura that may be visible in these mono images, resulting in a significant reduction to the point of near invisibility. However, this technical solution has limitations since compensating for color spots and large color unevenness is generally effective, but the enhancement is minimal. Therefore, The scheme we are investigating is based on the color camera De‐mura technique, which uses a color camera to capture white images, has a better compensation effect for color class mura, and can shorten the demura process time.
