Vigorously developing a modern logistics industry is the basic national policy of China, and logistics parks play a crucial role in the development of the logistics industry.Based on a series of problems of low operational efficiency of functional areas in logistics parks, a suitable method should be chosen to plan the layout of functional areas in Qingdao's business and trade service logistics parks according to local conditions.Through the SLP system layout planning method, logistics and non-logistics relationships are analysed, and three feasible options are derived, and the hierarchical analysis method is used to further construct the hierarchical analysis model, determine the weight of each option, and select the optimal layout plan.It is conducive to realising the increased benefits of Qingdao's business and trade service logistics park and provides a reference for the layout of other parks.
