Abstract

This paper analyzes the importance of digital technology for the aviation equipment industry chain. Flight test as a bridge connecting the development and service of equipment, the construction of digital flight test mode through business modeling plays an important role in improving the quality and efficiency of flight test, as well as the progress and quality of equipment development. BOM definition technology is used to define the business model of the whole life cycle of flight test. Based on the flight test business XBOM architecture, describe the structure, mapping relationship, and attribute information of each BOM based on the association relationship between various departments of the test flight business. Taking flight test requirement management BOM as an example, a detailed design was carried out based on a single data source. Final list three application effects of flight test business XBOM.
