To the question on the role of the Court of the EAEU in the development of Eurasian integration processes

The article is devoted to the study of the role of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in the formation and protection of a unified integration legal order. Such issues as the competence and functions of the EAEU Court are touched upon. Based on the analysis of decisions and advisory opinions adopted in the first nine years of the EAEU Court's functioning, the author of the article identifies the directions of influence of the practice of the EAEU Court on the legal systems of the EAEU member states, as well as provides examples of filling gaps in the law of the EAEU due to the positions of the EAEU Court.
