Abstract

In the current Russian reality, the problem of attraction of payroll employees to the regions of the country that have a labor force deficit has become especially relevant. However, against the background of the implementation of the internal migration policy, there has formed a tendency of an increase in the number of offenses among foreign and stateless citizens staying in the Russian Federation. Some foreign offenders are subject to deportation outside the borders of the Russian Federation based on court judgments.
