Abstract

The rapid evolution of the digital market makes it imperative that traders understand how AI impacts all aspects of strategy development and execution. Ethically sound usage of AI systems requires careful consideration of the potential benefits, risks, and moral quandaries associated with their implementation. By studying how AI affects strategic planning, tradespeople may discover untapped areas for growth, improve efficiency, and gain insight into customer habits. This study summarizes current research on AI in the business context and proposes directions for future studies. To start, this article shows how research on AI in business has developed over time by analyzing pertinent papers gathered from the Web of Science and Scopus. It highlights important works on the subject and the leading publication values. This study aims to ascertain how artificial intelligence (AI) affects business strategy. The study looks into the moral ramifications of using AI in managerial decision-making. This study provides information about how businesses may use AI technology effectively while balancing related dangers and ethical issues by looking at current scenarios, pertinent case studies, and synthesizing literature. In addition, the study further demonstrates how artificial intelligence (AI), including data analysis, automated processes, personalized suggestions, and autonomous systems, may be applied in business planning and how, across a wide range of businesses, AI can increase innovation, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance consumer experiences.
