The article provides the author’s comments on the application of certain clarifications of the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on compensation for moral damage in connection with a search of a home, as well as seizures declared illegal. Denotes the judicial procedure for making decisions on the production of compensation payments to eliminate moral damage.
