Leading a healthy life is very important and healthcare plays a crucial role in that. Simultaneously, hospitals and other health care professionals have found it quite difficult to handle the massive number of patients. It is getting increasingly hard to contact a healthcare professional, particularly in remote locations. As a solution to this problem, this study proposes a healthcare chatbot, employing Artificial Intelligence (AI) that can detect the ailment and deliver a basic understanding of the disease before seeing a healthcare professional. This would assist in reducing medical expenses while improving access to clinical expertise through a medical chatbot. Chatbots are software applications that engage alongside individuals through NLP. The chatbot saves the data in a database to recognize the language phrases, generate a query answer, and respond to the inquiry. A chatbot interacts with patients regarding their medical conditions and gives a customized prognosis based on specific symptoms. As a result, individuals will be more aware of their health and will be adequately supported.
