ECtHR Practices in the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova

The Constitutional Court treats the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights as part of the European jurisprudential heritage in the field of fundamental human rights and freedoms. The Constitutional Court references them when establishing national constitutional standards. An essential aspect is the vast jurisprudence of the ECtHR regarding the protection of fundamental human rights and freedoms guaranteed by the European Convention, its additional protocols, which have evolved through dynamic interpretation and through the prism of current conditions.
