Abstract

The research is devoted to the analysis of strategic management of enterprises in the context of digital transformation and the development of approaches that ensure the alignment of technological initiatives with economic results. The paper provides an overview of the theoretical concepts of strategic management, considers modern models and methods, including the use of balanced scorecards, strategic maps, competence centers and digital management platforms. Attention is paid to the analysis of practical aspects of the introduction of digital technologies, the role of adaptive business models, change management and personnel training. The results of the study confirm that digitalization strengthens the relationship between innovation and economic performance, increases transparency of processes, shortens the decision-making cycle and requires flexibility in strategic planning. The special feature of the work is the systematization of modern scientific approaches and the development of recommendations for the implementation of digital transformation strategies, ensuring the practical applicability of the results in improving strategic management and change management.
