The article analyzes the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Russia in the context of infrastructure projects. It examines international standards such as the G20 Quality Infrastructure Investment Principles, the BRICS Just Energy Transition Report, and the roles of OECD and UNEP in shaping the legal framework for sustainability. Challenges in Russian legislation are highlighted: fragmentation of norms, lack of mandatory ESG disclosures, LCCA and SROI tools, and public participation mechanisms. Recommendations include creating a unified concept, implementing certification, ESG ratings, regulating green capital, and retraining personnel amid sanctions. The analysis emphasizes the need to integrate international practices to enhance competitiveness and access to sustainable investments.
