Abstract

Against the backdrop of China's dual carbon goals, new energy enterprises have become pivotal forces in driving green transformation and sustainable development, making the enhancement of their green innovation efficiency particularly crucial. This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of current green innovation efficiency in new energy enterprises under the dual carbon framework. It systematically examines both internal and external factors influencing this efficiency, including corporate scale, R&D investment, talent structure (internal conditions), as well as policy environment, market competition, and technology spillovers (external factors). Building on these findings, the study proposes improvement pathways for green innovation efficiency. From an enterprise perspective, it emphasizes strengthening technological innovation capabilities, optimizing green innovation investment structures, and refining talent development mechanisms. Simultaneously, from a government perspective, it suggests enhancing policy support systems, fostering a favorable market environment, and improving infrastructure development. These recommendations aim to provide robust support for the green innovation development of new energy enterprises.
